•Reading of barcodes that are printed, needle printed, laser printed or etched directly on glossy materials
•Reading of barcodes with low contrast differences
•Reading of barcodes with bad printing quality
•Check of barcodes labels on completeness and quality of the information
•Identification of samples at automized distribution systems in medical or chemical areas
•Identification of products during and after production by means of barcodes
Outputs
Up to three optoisolator outputs are included.The outputs can be programmed to perform various functions:
•Good read
•No read
•Mismatch (does not match themastercode)
•Trend Analysis
Signal Inputs
One trigger input, one newmasterinput and one freely programmable input are included.
Interface
The scanner can be configured, and barcode data can be transmitted to amastercontroller via an RS-232, an RS-422 or an RS-485 interface.
Setup
The Scanner can be configured with a PC, or a comparable programming device. It is also possible to setup the scanners by pushing a button via the Auto-Button function.
Connection Possibilities
The Scanners can be interconnected via Daisy Chain or Multidrop. A crosslinking to Bus systems is possible via a separate Gateway (e. g. Profibus or Profinet).
